I'm Victoria Houlston

I started my Avon journey during lockdown while juggling family life and the pressures of a demanding corporate role. For years I had invested my time and energy into building someone else’s dream, often at the expense of my own balance and wellbeing.

Lockdown made me pause and rethink what truly mattered. I realised I wanted more freedom, more time with my family, and the chance to shape my own future. Avon offered me a way to do just that.
